SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship within the lower 48 contiguous US states via common carrier, FedEx, UPS, or specialty furniture carrier, depending upon the size, weight, destination and service level you choose.

Typically, orders will ship from our warehouse in 1-2 business days. You should expect in-transit time of 4-10 days depending on your location.
Curbside DeliveryCurbside Delivery is our standard method of Shipment. It consists of - 1 man lift gate delivery to door (it does not include inside delivery or any additional accessories). By definition, curbside delivery means that you are required to meet the delivery truck in front of your home, and you are responsible for receiving the product from the truck.White Glove DeliveryWhite Glove Delivery is offered as an option and is available for many items shipping to most locations for an additional charge. White Glove delivery includes 2 man lift gate, assembly of your furniture; placement of furniture where directed; and removal of all packaging materials. Quoted delivery times are typically the same as standard delivery although White Glove service can sometimes add up to two weeks additional delivery time.Special Delivery Situations |

If Special Delivery situations are present, we must be informed prior to shipment so that arrangements can be made. There will be additional time and charges involved. Special Delivery situations include but are not limited to: |

Shipping is also available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. Additional charges will apply. Also, we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges for delivery to coastal islands and other non-standard destinations that typically incur additional delivery charges. Shipping damages; please inspect your product carefully and mention any apparent damages on the delivery receipt. Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write “package damaged” when you sign for delivery. Any damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Policy; Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept return if made within 7 days of your purchase. Returned items must be in new condition and in its original packaging. We will inspect the item once received and refund you. You will be responsible for actual shipping costs both ways.
